3D Sailing Compass App Reviews

Definitely worth checking this app out.. its a fun spin on the typical compass.

This is neat. Im wondering if I should bring my phone out sailing so I can use this thing. Probably not a wise idea :)

This application shows off a good use of the new compass feature in the new 3GS phones. I want more 3GS only stuff.

this is the compass app that should be default with the 3gs. now i dont have to stare down at my phone to know what direction it is

really like this and its worth the 99 cents, but should really have more features such as skins, etc

At first I was a little skeptical because the new iphone 3GS already has a compass app. However, I sail a lot and have always thought it would be awesome if I had a 3D Compass on my iphone while sailing. Well, now its possible, and it actually does a pretty good job. If you area sailer, I highly recommend this app. 5 Thumbs up.

Ignore my previous review, this app does work, you just have to let it use your current location.

Not a fun game whatsoever. I loose everytime. Needs a spaceship!

this is so perfect for my boat -- love using it below deck as my sphere compass is in my cockpit

app opens and tells me to move phone in figure eight motion and wont do anything else.

This app needs a way to correct for magnetic variation (declination). Could use gps to do this automatically (based on your location).
